This Privacy Policy describes how Renewvio ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. Renewvio is a subscription manager that helps you track your recurring subscriptions, expenses, and renewal reminders.

We respect your privacy. Renewvio is designed to work locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data on our servers.

You may voluntarily enter data into the app, including:

• Billing amounts, currencies, and renewal dates

• Notes or custom labels you add

All such information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

The app does not automatically collect personal identifiers, location data, contacts, or device identifiers for advertising purposes.

c. Permissions

Renewvio may request the following device permissions, solely to provide app features:

• Notifications — to send you renewal and reminder alerts.
• Internet access — to load service logos and icons from public sources.
• Storage — to export your data as CSV when you choose to.

2. How We Use Information

Because your data stays on your device, it is used only to:

• Display your subscriptions, expenses, and reminders inside the app.
• Schedule local notifications for upcoming renewals.
• Allow you to export or share your own data when you choose.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The app does not integrate advertising networks or analytics SDKs that profile users.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data you enter is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. You can delete all your data at any time by clearing app data from your device settings or by uninstalling the app. We cannot recover data once it has been deleted from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Renewvio is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, please contact us and we will assist as needed — although in most cases the data remains only on the user's own device.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may load publicly available service logos (e.g., for subscriptions like Netflix, Spotify) from third-party image providers to enhance display. No personal data is shared with these providers.

7. Your Rights

Since your data is stored only on your device, you are in full control of it. You may:

• View, edit, or delete any entry directly within the app.
• Export your data via the built-in CSV export option.
• Remove all data by uninstalling the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
